Shipping & Returns

How we ship, what to expect, and the conditions under which we accept returns.

Shipping methods

We ship from our facility in Cape Coral, FL via tracked, insured carriers. Standard US ground orders are dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation and typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Packaging

  • Plain, unbranded outer packaging — no logos or product descriptions visible.
  • Cold-pack insulation included for any temperature-sensitive compounds during warm months.
  • All vials individually padded; orders are sealed with tamper-evident tape.

International shipping

International shipping is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the compounds are legal to import in their jurisdiction and for paying any applicable duties or import taxes. We do not ship to jurisdictions where research peptide importation is restricted.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking is also visible from your account dashboard.

Returns & refunds

Because the compounds we sell are research-grade and purity-sensitive, we have a limited return policy designed to protect every researcher who buys from us.

Eligible returns

  • Sealed, unopened vials within 14 days of delivery.
  • Damaged in transit — please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace at no charge.
  • Wrong item shipped — we will replace and provide a return shipping label.

Non-returnable

  • Compounds that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored outside specification.
  • Items returned without prior authorization (please contact us first).
  • Custom or bulk-ordered batches over 10 units of a single SKU.

How to start a return

Email research@ilumapeptide.co with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within one business day with instructions and a return authorization number.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If unrecoverable, we will reship at no charge.
